1. Eskorte.net is a private company in Uitgeest, The Netherlands. Eskorte.net offers a online content service via the Internet to their members. The content is only for private and non-commercial use by the Eskorte.net members.
2. You must be at least 18 years or older to become a member.
3. To become a member you have to fill out a registration form and be accepted by Eskorte.net. You also have to accept this agreement. When accepted you are bound to this agreement.
4. If you choose a "recurring" membership you will be rebilled automatically for the next period once the period you have paid for ends. To discontinue the rebilling you must cancel your membership before the period you have paid for ends.
5. Membership fees are non-refundable
6. Membership fees are $9.95 for a trial week, $29.95 for a month and $59.95 for three months and is paid by creditcard.
7. Membership gives you access to pictures, phone numbers, travel plans and more to all advertisers on Eskorte.net
8. Your membership can get cancelled at any time by you or Eskorte.net
9. Eskorte.net excludes all liability for potential meetings between you and any advertiser on Eskorte.net
10. You may not transfer your membership to a different person, nor are you allowed to make the content displayed by Eskorte.net available to any non-members.
11. This agreement may change at any time. Changes will take effect once the subscribers has received a notice by e-mail.
12. EscortDate.com does not want any advertisers on its webpage that has anything to do with procurement or human trafficking. If we notice any ads like that, we will contact the public authorities immediately, and tell them or press charges against the advertiser. The law on this matter states that we are not allowed to withhold any such information, if we get aware of them when we accept the advertiser, or at a later time.
